High Impact Interventions (HIV, RMNCAH, TB and Malaria)

Overview

The goal of this thematic area is improve health and wellbeing of women and girls living with HIV. This will be done through interventions such as enhancing of knowledge of family planning methods, increasing access to quality health services among women and girls and increasing uptake of quality HIV, SRHR and TB services through improved clinical governance and community-driven accountability.

Targets for 2026 include developing SRHR advocacy tool, review and update the Community Led Monitoring framework for TB screening and diagnostic testing, track and collect national policies and guidelines pertaining to testing, prevention, and treatment policies of TB and establish 150 support groups of young people living with HIV.

Our Focus Areas

  1. Sexual and Reproductive Health – Providing education and access to family planning and reproductive health services.
  2. HIV and TB Testing and Treatment – Offering confidential testing, counseling, and treatment support.
  3. Community Outreach – Running health awareness campaigns and mobile clinics to reach underserved communities.
